Foggy Mornings…

When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is peep out my bedroom window love to see the crispy morning shine…yesterday was bit different though… it was filled with fog a wonderful view, nothing but just a white smoky appearance… It seemed to me that I was flying in the clouded sky … Just like in my dreams… Visibility was zero… Can’t even see my neighbor’s house… This is quite usual here in winter, happens at least once a year… It seemed Mr. Sun was late for his work… Even though the room was warm and cozy with the effect of heater the smoky fog gave me shivers…

No means No…

It seems to us (me & my hus) that we had our son Adhav yesterday and now he is 20 months and started to speak can say words quite clearly… Last Sunday morning when his dad asked him to finish his milk at first he said “no” but his dad kept insisting him for a while he kept quite but after some time he took his sipper to his dad and said “No means No”, our mouth and eyes were wide opened when we heard it….our little monkey boy is growing up…oh, at one end I feel so happy but other end feels bit hard to take it…

Free Beers for life....

Last week there was an horrible boat crash at darling harbor which claimed 6 young lives all were in their mid 20’s they had a celebration combined with free beers and they stole a boat and ended up colliding with another fishing boat…

Is it necessary that always parties and celebrations should have alcohols??? Consuming alcohol is not a crime though… but one should always know their limits…

Nature’s own recyclers…

For a very long time now I wanted to have a worms composite bin for recycling the household wastes and garden wastes…finally bought one and have set up as per the manual…Its so amazing to know what these small creatures do and how nature had made it to work… It’s like a cycle of continuity… strange but efficient way… well fits in for the phrase “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle”…

And my next target is solar energy for our sweet home.....

Special gift…

“Happy Mothers Day, May 12” to all the mothers world wide…My son Adhav gave me a gift that his day care teacher’s helped him to do …one of the most valuable gifts that I ever got… He gave me the gift when I went to pick him up from the day care on Friday May 10 and gave me a hug and a kiss but right away he took it from me and held it in his hand…after coming home he asked me to hang it on one of the fridge magnet and now it stays there on the fridge where I can see it every single day which just widens my lips… And on mothers day 3 of my children (Puppy, Julie & Achu) woke me up with a smooch, what else a mother wants??

And this is what he made for Easter...
