Family Outing...

Offf… finally reached India after 14 long hours of journey, was very tired and quite excited to be in the country and to see the family…rested for a day trying to get rid of jet lag but no luck; but slept well, ate my mom-in laws yummy food. My father-in law & Mom-in law were quite excited to see their only grand son… by next day my sis-in law and my nieces arrived to spent the weekend with us… all were quite excited to see each other and had a lovely day, around noon I came up with an idea of family outing to the beach and dinning out, thought that all the 3 kids (my son and my 2 nieces) would enjoy playing around… As usual my father-in law didn’t come so the rest of the family started the trip to Marina beach after almost 2hrs of journey reached the beach parked the car and started to walk, would have walked around 10 minutes and suddenly saw a crowd running away from the sea we thought hmm its nice to see the grown-ups playing around… but to be more precise they were not playing around they were running from the rain it was too late before we realized it, it was pouring heavily for 30 minutes with wild winds blowing we were just running around no where to shelter-in fully wet from top to bottom the children were crying & shivering… and finally found a tree to stand underneath, by then my husband found the car without a second thought got in went to my sis-in laws place changed picked my brother-in law and we all went out to eat and finally reached home, we keep on talking about the trip and had a hearty laugh… this is one family outing that we would never forget in our life, it didn't turn out the way we thought it would, but still we n-joyed it.
